Glad you're back Elaine but sorry to hear that you have a cold. Hope that Eva, Bernie and Graham manage to cheer you up. Looks like a lovely situation for a house sit, if a tad isolated - but then you did have the bull for company for a couple of days.
Great pics Elaine,I love the ones of them both playing, they are gorgeous, welcome back :D

Welcome back Elaine:D
What a lovely setting, the dogs must have enjoyed racing around there........... is that a frost on the ground?

It a big scarey bull Eileen:shock: ;)
Yes Mags it was frost and the following 3 days were severe fog, followed by rain:roll:
The dogs themselves were really good but it was very lonely up there. Graham called one night, I told him how loneley it was and he said "I thought you always wanted to live in the country?". Which i do but not on my own;)
Harley is a ****** for taking bones, chew sticks off of Laurel, on saturday he got a nasty bite on his nose for his trouble. Blood everywhere, yelping, but when i got Harley cleaned up, the wound wasnt as bad as it sounds. Then sunday after their morning walk and a play in the garden, Laurel came runing round from the side of the house on 3 legs, must have landed badly on it or something, after a few minutes he was putting his weight back on it and there was no more limping.
Sounds like a bit of excitement for you out in the sticks Elaine. It does look cold and rural  Sorry you've got the sniffles . . . snuggle up with Catsey for a few days and hopefully you'll be feeling better soon :D
PS - we missed you
What lovely pics! I love how there's a few of them running around chasing each other outside, and then one of them crashed out afterwards! It looks pretty nippit and frosty up north too! No wonder you have a cold! Glad to have you back :)

Hi - welcome back. Great pics. Love the way greyhounds are full of run outside and so quiet inside.
They look very nice dogs.
Welcome back Elaine, sorry you were lonely and now have the sniffles, hope you are feeling better soon. I love the pics of those hounds running, doing what hounds do best! Was one of them blue greyhound? bit hard to tell in the pics.

Forgive my ignorance Kim but I really have no idea if they are classed as blue or not, they are supposed to be brothers from the same litter although Laurel is a little lighter than Harley and also more grey round the muzzel.
