Im really missing my blonde hair and was thinking about going back blonde next time, but I do really like the brown too  I have been told that the brown looks more natural than the blonde (which is my natural colour). I dont know what to do,what do you think?

Sorry Erin, cannt help coz i like both too:oops:

lot of help you are   only joking!! I dont know what to do,I do like the brown, and this is going to sound stupid, but I feel more confident with brown hair (dont ask how a hair colour can make me feel more confident cause I cant tell you,but it just does ) and I do get more attention when out with the brown hair, but that could just be because I feel more confident,oh I dont know! but Im really missing my blonde

I thought it made me look older to Pat but I think its maybe the make up thats making me look older because I changed my makeup when I changed my hair :?

Personally I prefer the brown too Erin, which is strange 'cause I'm not usually a fan of changing hair colour lol. It makes your skin look warmer and just seems to suit you better.

Sorry to be the "odd man out" here, but I really like your blonde look! As far as the confidence thing, are you internalizing the "dumb blonde" stereotype, consciously or not?

If you decide to change back to blonde Erin - do you think you'd want to do it quickly - before the festive season say? Otherwise I'd wait until the New Year to make the decision, although I can't really explain why.

I think both colours suit you well. If you feel more confident being brunette, then I would stick with it. I remember going a really dark auburn once and I loved it - felt loads more confident and my OH didn't even recognise me when he came to pick me up from the hairdressers! (Long time ago!)

Hi - love both looks. Think the brown is a good colour for you and is a nice warm, winter colour and as said already really suits your skin tone.

The blond lifts your skin and eyes and lightens everything.

If I didn't know I'd have guessed you were a natural brown, not the other way round.

Good luck trying to decide!

What about putting some heavy brown lowlights in your naturally blonde hair? That way you'll have the best of both (just a thought).

I have to say I like the blonde, but that's probably unconciously because I have dark brown hair which I dislike and have chosen to be blonde instead.

I prefer the brown colour and especially for the winter too.

I prefer the brown as well, especially with the party season coming up, you can be more dramatic with your make up and clothes as well. Perhaps change back to blonde in the spring?

Ive had that done before and wasnt too keen on it.

Emma I love the fact that I can be so daring with my makeup!!

I think Ill leave it for now, have the brown done when I next go to my hairdressers and then talk to her about it after christmas.

Thanks all for you opinions :D

Emma's idea is good.
I must say I like both equally.
I read that a lot of young women are turning away from blonde because too many of us old bats are choosing to go blonde rather than grey  I can see their point a bit but - if it suits you and looks good, why worry about others and what they think?
