how to get into showing?

hiya, i really want to start showing when i get my Bengal, about this time next year so prob wont be untill 2010 as i assume she has to be of a certain age to enter?

how do i start off? has anyone got any websites that i can look at?

i hav enever done this before so dont even know how to get started :oops:

You also need to check with the breeder if your new kitty will be show quality.

yes have been chatting to LOTS!!! of breeders have my names on a few waitings lists as the kittens have to be evaluated for showing quality!

so will be show quality although it is more expensive i dont mind as this is what i really want to get into!

as well as dog showing! going to be busy lol!! :lol:

Hiya I know very little (well nothing) about showing however there are some very knowledgable members on here, Kay, Fran, Charliebubs, Soupie, Sarahd to name a few..............all I am certain would be able to advise you generaly I am certain. Why not visit a few shows and have a look round aclimatise yourself so to speak. And maybe arrange to meet breeders there and see what what "breeders" cats you like...and maybe more important those you do not like and go from there. Best of luck I know the Supreme cat show is soon.

hiya just been reading about it, have already found my breeder that i really want and it wont be till the end of next year But i will be going to some shows next year to see what it is all about! :D
