Hi all, I thought I'd start a thread as I've not posted for ages. I'm at work, just finished my overnight duty & am about to go home. Today we are carrying on with the work in the kitchen, we currently have no cupboards in there & no floor (well a floor, but a concrete one)
Cat stuff is good but busy, although I have no foster cats in and am not fostering now. No time for them & it's not fair on them to be alone all day. My working hours are more rigid now & so I won't foster any more cats certainly for a while. That's about it from me. Shopping and usual chores t do today.

Hve a good day.

Sun starting to break through here. Got up to find Imogen had had an 'accident' overnight so have mopped and disinfected the hallway. Luckily I have a supply of the Trigene we use at work so it's lovely and clean now.
Off shopping with my mum today-she's off on a cruise and wants a new wardrobe. I love clothes shopping for other people so really looking forward to it.
Have a good day everyone!

Morning everyone, very misty here but once the sun burns through it's going to be another lovely day.

Nothing special planned today, just the usual things....

Smudgley ~ you sound a very busy person lately!:D I'm sorry we'll no longer be getting updates and photos of any of your fosters but I'd like to say "well done!" to you for all the care and socialisation you have given to dozens and dozens of homeless cats and kittens that have been in your care over the years.:D

Enjoy your weekend everyone!:D

A very damp, misty morning here. The cats don't want to go out, OH and I have the paper and fresh coffee to keep us happy, the heating is on and all is cosy in my little world. Except for pup who has been out digging by one of the hydrangeas and returned indoors really, really dirty. He has been rinsed off, towelled and brushed and is now snoring beside a radiator (until he decides that he wants to do it all over again!)

Have a relaxing Saturday everyone.

Afternoon, ladies! Heavy overnight rains over, just cloudy and dismal, but it's warmed up nicely" back to 24 degrees. A morning filled with little annoyances: paper wasn't delivered, both buses were extremely late, and when I got to the library one of my two Holds couldn't be found! Ah well, could be worse!~ And my new little digital TV came yesterday, plan to work on getting it set up this afternoon since Catsey is always slow on Saturday. Amazing how much more compact they've gotten over the years.....

Happy weekend, all!

Its been a lovely day weather-wise today.... and I have been very busy.... firstly one bunny to the vets for a vaccination (vet forgot I was there so was in there for an hour), then up to the pet store for some extra bowls and toys for the new bunny arrivals, and lots of cat food and then took daughter for hair cut... been in the garden for the rest of the afternoon and now here for ten minutes till time to cook dinner!

It was cold here today! (it's evening now) but Beauty decided she was going to brave the weather and spend the day outside

Not done a lot today, pottered about and peeled apples but that's about it!

Evening all, been pretty busy today, had to go into town for our residents parking vouchers, really grudge it but what can you do.
European market was on in Aberdeen so had a wander round and sampled some of the goodies but being a mean Aberdonian I ddnt buy anything.
Had a lazy afternoon infron of the telly which was disturbed by alot of cat wailing, I jumped out of the sofa and ran down stairs fearing that Eva had hurt herself, only to find her having a stand off with a really beautiful cat, looked a bit like a Balinese, stunning creature but it took off when i apeared and left eva in such a bad temper. I left her well alone to calm down. Bernie then arrived on the scene, much to late to defend the Diva:roll: , but I think she was doing a pretty good job on her own tbh:lol: .
Been out for a lovely meal with my family and my dear old mum made a few more priceless statements, much to our hilarity. Bless her socks.
Anyway, just logged on to see whats happening, may head off to read a book in a mo.

Evening everyone,

Been busy day here today, had friends round that we haven't seen for 10 months so lots of catching up.

Early night as we have to go to farm near Aberdeen tomorrow. Home tomorrow night and then off to Perth on Monday.

Managed to get the grass cut yesterday and raked it up today.

So, will have a quick look round then walk the dogs and then shower and bed.
