Caviar

Just watching the F word (not something I do often but I like Ramsey in small doses) and he is doing a dish of lobster slices of potato and toped with mayo and caviar...and made me think has anyone ever eaten Caviar and if so did you like it and in what context...................Karen (never eaten caviar)

Once, at a posh party. Didn't like it at all ...too salty and fishy tasting. Never again ....

It's lovely! I adore the texture and I don't find it too salty at all (and this is from someone that doesn't actually use salt as an additive whe ncooking/eating) :D

I've had it occasionally for a birthday breakfast treat on blinis with smoked salmon and once on a really, really fancy dinner date at the caviar house in Piccadilly :shock:

I had to turn off Ramsey just now when it got to the hunting puffins bit . . . I just couldn't watch that :(
