what's a bunt?? :?

You know when they push their head against you and rub your hand with their head? That's what they are doing (bunting)

Here in the States bunting is the stuff you put up to decorate for parades! But I knew what you meant, and thank Beauty, who's a sweet girl!

I think generally "bunting" has the same meaning here Eileen! I think I'd probably say "butting", as in head-butting, but "butt" can mean something else too! Isn't language wonderful!

Thanks Beauty - here's a chin tickle for you!

I do love language too: I'm surprised that the Catsey censor let the above word thru; when I was new on here I used the expression little b****r, which isn't considered bad here; was surprised to see it blanked out!

But what's the meaning in "Baby Bunting, Daddy's gone a hunting"? Must Google that after dinner, which almost here....

Yes, we have buntings here too; never seen one though! And "bunting" is also swaddling for a baby, I found. I do enjoy words!
