yes thanks Angie, :) we had a nice week of R+R just what we ordered. the resort was ok but I dont think we'll return there. I do't normally do sun and sand hols coz we both like to sightsee and visit museums etc. This week was a change for us, just all-inclusive in the hotel and with a quick visit to nearby harbour/fishing port. Mainly, just sunning ourselves and reading is what we did this holiday, and the hotel and place fitted the bill. We were very fortunate with the weather which was between 25-28 C, not too hot for me.
It was the Hotel RIU WAIKIKI in Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria. Nice staff, very clean and ample food. :-)
