I like the hosta. I have just planted a couple of hosta bulbs at the side of OH's little pond. Supposedly they do well in that type of spot. I will let you know how they get on.

Vey pretty, love the honesty...

I love the silvery flat seed pods for dried arrangements~! It also seeds itself like mad; if anyone would like some seed I'd be glad to send it when they're ripe later in the season.....

They are lovely Eileen I adore Hosta's but Alex they attract slugs like no tomorrow.......apart I have found for the blue coloured leaf variety I figure they are tougher therefore don't get as much damage

Very pretty plants Eileen! I have a plant I can't identify in my garden - in flower at the mo. Will try and get a photo tomorrow.

Like the tradescantia - hard to think of it as a houseplant from your attractive picture.

Odd, we have no trouble at all with slugs, luckily!

Are we talking about the same plant? I wasn't aware that it could be grown indoors; it actually grows wild here; although it is offered in some catalogues: just looked in T & M and they offer it for $4.95 a packet!!

Oooh, a mystery plant! Maybe I can identify it for you as you did for my stranger, which turned out to be celandine!

I'll send you some gladly, Moli! Will be fairly late in the season when they ripen; I've made a note on the calendar!
