Stop V.A.T. on vet bills

I have just received this link for a petition to the government to stop V.A.T. on vet bills. I thought everyone on here would agree with this and like to sign it. If you could pass it on to anyone you know that has pets that would be great. The more that sign it the more chance there is of stopping it.

Vet bills are steep enough, VAT should only be payable on LUXURY goods in my view. Caring for animals should not be penalised by an unfair tax.
