Infected thumb

Yes thats right, yet another unfortunate event in the life of ME:lol:
Slasher Claws, Eva, gave me a right hander last night as i was trying to brush some of the dried poops from her trouser legs. She did give me several warnings before catching me off guard with her razor sharp claws.
Its fairly deep, sore and angry looking.
I did give it a good wash at the time and am taking care of it.
Must get round to having her sedated and get her claws trimmed;)

Ouch!!! Have you put Neosporin or something similar on it.....don't want to get laid up with a nasty infection.......

Ouch!! That sounds nasty. I usually have cats' deep claw marks on my thighs from where I've had them in my lap brushing them and they've had enough - or one of the kids has startled them.

Mind you, when I last showered Fifi coz of HER revolting klingons, she implaled me in the arm in her hurry to get away . . . that bled for England and then took over a week to heal up :shock:

Hopefully it's just a bit of a sore one rather than a full-on infection. Germolene it to within an inch of it's life and that should do the trick!
