Got the chop!!

I took the plunge today and got my hair lopped off lol. Feel very bald, and my neck is freezing!!!

I nearly cried with that first cut lol!! One of the other clients in the shop was telling me not to do it, but I got up this morning and was so fed up of having loads of knots in my dry ends I just headed for the nearest chop shop lol.

It's so scary to suddenly have short hair isn't it Grete? It will take som getting used to. All day I kept on trying to pull my hair out from under my jacket lol.

You look great! I had mine cut at the beginning of December. It is so much easier to look after now it's about your length and in much better condition. Only thing is it is just a bit too short to be put up and stay up - still, another month or so ....

Thank you all very much for your compliments, they are much appreciated. You know how after you have something done, you think you love it, and then when you get up the next morning you think 'was it the right thing' lol! Well, all your lovely messages have made me feel better , the morning after!! Angie, I deliberatly went for a cut that couldn't be 'put up' lol, as that was always my fail safe. If my hair looks bad chuck it in a ponytail, so now I have to make a wee bit of an effort to make sure it's sitting nice etc. I loved the freedom of just having to give it a quick comb this morning and not having to hunt for a bobble then fight myway through the tugs lol. Colour next maybe lol!!!

YES!!!!!!!!:lol: I did that last night and had so much lather it was unreal lol, oh well, think of the savings on shampoo and conditioner lol.
