Right, I need a bit of help or put in the direction of a good bunny website or summat.
The story is, several months ago I sold a bunny to a young couple, now before selling the bunny, I did tell them that the bunny had over the last few weeks in the shop become quite territorial and could be a bit of a devil for charging you, feet thumping and the ocasional bite. That said it never bit me once. I also told them that he would probably calm down once neutered and given alot of one to one tlc.
Now the problem is, the girl wants rid of the bunny now and says its a hateful creature. We are not allowed to take it back. I wasnt there when the girl came in so didnt get a chance to talk to her but was thinking, rather than her get rid, why not try to support and help repair the relationship between her and the bunny.
Now I need to find out as much as I can on how to do that. Can rabbits be clicker trained?
Any help or advice would be great at this point.

I would say you will be getting a bunny based soley on your past......:)

Most territorial problems can be erased or calmed with neutering....

Not sure about clicker training, but a good way to make friends with the bunny is not to pick him/her up but to sit in a room on the floor and let bunny come to you. They are quite inquisitive.... build up trust, offering pieces of food etc....

I would take it but i cannt, Eva would kill it and our garden is north facing and almost always dark, cold and wet.

My sisters family had rabbits one at a time :) the rabbit always lived in the shed at the bottom of the garden a 10ft x 8ft shed with the rabbit house in the shed and a run up and a secure pen with a door in out...like a rabbit flap that they locked at night she the rabbit had access to a good space when locked in at night/.
In the day the rabbit had access to the whole garden and when they were in he was always in and out of the patio doors...I think having freedom of such a large area ie the whole garden, he was totaly happy.
He also had company of people :) and would play football or come when called.

Perhaps the bunny would be happier not being handled.... most hate being picked up as they are prey animals...

I am not sure if they are handling the rabbit tbh, I get the impression that she is scared of him.
Am hoping they come into the shop again soon so I can talk with them about it. If not we do keep an animal register in which customers who buy an animal have to sign and give us their names and addresses, so I may contact them as it cannt be a very happy situation for either of them.
