Yes it is Mags and I cannot see any justification for doing it at all. I know some cats need shaving occasionally because of coat and skin problems but this one looks like it has been shaved just for a laugh :(

I can't decide if it is shaved or not. Would a ginger have pink skin? If not I'd expect it to look grey-ish if is was shaved. I can only hope that if it was shaved it was done so for veterinary reasons.
Whether is is shaved or wearing something, poor cat :(

if u look close enough u can see the ginger markings underneath, i think its a suit of some kind, made to look as if its been shaved.
