Having stifado for tea... Well i won't be eating the beef OH will (I don't like meat) but I put some veg in for me to have with the gravy and garlic/rosemary roast pots can't wait smells divine

Mmmm. I hope you enjoy/have enjoyed it! I found the one OH made lovely, but almost too rich for me. I could live on light, warm salads so these heavy stew-type meals always leave me over-stuffed and not wanting to eat for days (so how come I'm putting on so much weight . . . :shock: )

Yes it was very rich but absoloutely gorgeousto have as a one off. I love stews and casseroles in the winter but as I only eat veg and no meat I'm not as stuffed
