This is the contraption that allows Denis freedon around the garden without being constantly supervised. As I have explained it is attatched to the washing line this gives him full length of the garden.

Would you buy one if sold altogether as a walking aid for cats? (obviously not inc the washing line), but harness, lead and attatchment???

We used to have the same thing when I was little for the dog. They are brilliant but so simple. Just couldn't put my Holly on it, dog not cat, at 8 stone I think she might pull the washing line down.

Denis is strong and has gone through some leads but it still gives piece of mind

It certainly helped my mum keep track of our dog.

We have it because we live on a main road and we have not put a gate up yet (not that it would stop a cat anyway). He's used to it now and is very happy just to get out and about

Denis uses a harness and lead but we attatched ours to the washing line with a beelay clip (mountain climbing device) it allows Denis freedon around the garden without being constantly supervised. As I have explained it is attatched to the washing line this gives him full length of the garden. (which we can adjust to suit the perimeter or possible hazards).

I would also advise a clip harness as they are sooo much easier and lupine ones come in different sizes, clours etc.
