Help with video

Ive just taken a video of my two starving kitties. Now I dont know how to get it from the camera to here. Help needed peeps. Step by step as I'm a bit of a dummy.

I'm away for Ceilidh but hopefully there will be an answer when I get back. Be about 40 mins.
