I've done loads Karen, love 'em lol!!! Tbh, it depends on whether you want good money for them or just want rid! I usually sell my paperbacks 50p each or 3 for £1, and my videos rom £1 - £2 depending on how new they are, always be open to offers though!

It does depend what books you are selling. If its novels then they usually go for 50p-£1 range or 3 for.... whatever. If its a video recorder then it will be £10 up depending on condition. If it's tapes then they are around 50p as everyone has dvd's now so they don't sell. Visit one at the weekend and see what other people are doing, unless you are planning to do one this wkend

As a buyer of books at car boot sales, 50p or even £1 if it's a current title and in very good condition. 3 for a pound will usually get rid of the dregs too ;)

Hmm, this is more of a tricky one! Again it depends on the quality of the paperweights. These can be quite collectible, so I would check this site out to make sure you dont have any valuable ones

http://www.collectorcafe.com/interest/paperweights.html

Otherwise around the £5 mark for pretty ones!

I have to agree they may not be to everyone's taste but if they are collectable then they may be worth putting in auction rather than car boot, they can go for more than you would think.

While we are on the subject.... I have an old fashioned roll top enamel bath with claw feet!!! it needs re enamelling and undeneath isn't great. what would you advertise that in the paper for???? could post pics if needed

A roll top bath!! Oh I'd love one of them. I'm not sure about a price for it though, what about having a look at a local free ads mag and see if there is anything similar advertised!

BC, I have no idea what that would sell for, but I'd love to see a pic! I have fond memories of bathing as a child in my grandma's huge old bathtub with claw feet! But don't know what a rolltop is...??????
