The fatty club.

Can't seem to find the motivation I need to diet, so I took the first step & joined a local slimming club. I've done their diets before & I know they work for me.. I have 2 & a half stone to loose. But one step at a time!

there are 4 diets to choose from.

I always do the no fat one. You basically have a list of food, if it's there you can have it, if it isn't you can't! suits me as it's simple to follow.

No butter though on this one. :(

That sounds good ....... can you have any type of spread on your bread instead of butter?

Nope, well a tiny bit of mayo or salad cream, but I hate both.

It's free membership at this club & only £3.50 a week. I'll save that much in chocolate each week. :-D

Good luck Smudgley.

I have lost 1 stone recently, my practice nurse prescribed xenical (orlistat) tablets, they are great and help so much. They aren't an appetite suppresant, but get rid of the fat in your diet, you have to eat low fat though or else you get terrible diarrhoea!!

Yeh I used Xenical to help shift the 5 stone I have so far. Side effects are not pleasant if you eat anything with too much fat in it

I haven't used it this time round as I wasn't too happy on it and have lost a stone and that's it :( Time to go back to the doctors I think.
