I am interested in where everyone buys their flea treatment and how much it costs. And what type everyone uses.

Wheres the cheapest place at the moment?

I couldnt see a thread about!

With thanks

Dave

Does it work well for you Babycakes?? Would go for it as it is cheaper than Frontline, but not if it is not working that well..;)

I've heard of some cases of animals being really ill after being treated with the Bob Martin treatments. I have been trying to find some links but as yet have not found them.

I have heard the same thing. The breeder I got Red from lost one from their previous litter, as the lady they had sold it to used Bob Martin and the kitten had an allergic reaction and died

I've never had any probs with either Donna. Sometimes shops like Home Bargains or Tescos and Morrisons will have it on offer too (2 in each pack for £3.00), but not that often.

By the way Donna I have only used it as preventative not treatment for fleas as he has never had a flea. So that must say something to!!

Wouldn't like to recommend though if people have some scare stories!!!!

DONNA

Please don't use Bob Martin's. Just because I haven't had any issues doesn't make it safe to change over to it :smt102

My cat may just be hardy and I wouldn't forgive myself if anything happened to your cats

ooh thanks for posting that vetuk link, they are so cheap! i had arranged to pick up my usual 3 pack of advocate for the older boys from my vets which usually costs about £18 but im going to order a 6 pack of frontline instead now-for less!

i have tried a few different wormers and so far found the best to be the panacur granules. its a pain to get the dosage spot on but its the easiest ive wormed any of them. i did used to use the panacur favourites and it was over in seconds but then AJ and Raven went off them:roll:

I wont use the Bob Martins stuff. Will stick with Frontline, just in case!!!

And my Chloe used to eat the Panacur favourites but wouldnt take her last one so need to find some new worming stuff.
