Get A Grip -administering eye cream

My not yet very socialised 15 week old female bengal has conjunctivitus, tried every trick in the book to administer the eye cream,except the scruff of the neck as their mothers do, it would have to be tight and I don't want to upset her and undo the work so far. Any advice please as I am concerned if I dont start to get it treated she will pass it to Kip my male bengal.:cat28

Thanks, tried towels, thick gloves, when she is sleeping, but she is lightening fast, I will try the links
