I've given Lily a short groom today and have acquired a HUGE ball of fur, so we're now well up for the challenge!!!!

Well first of all we have to wait till everyone has one:lol: . Moli is waiting and so am I.

I suggest we collect three days grooming. Then present our balls.

Everyone that already has one has to be honest. I recon by Tuesday we should have them. Then groom Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. One Cat. Then take a piccy of the fur you have collected.

Don't forget I'm five hours behind!! I could post after dinner my time which would be about 2 am Thursday there: that way I'd be first and couldn't cheat even if I wanted to....I'm feeling less confident now as there are longhairs in this contest..:-D...:-DLeia is big and has a thick coat, but nothing like a longhair...:roll:

Donna, I've got to comb Leia nightly; it's our routine and she loves it! But I'll just use the regular comb until the contest, not the FURminator...you can see the difference in the amount of fur.....

I couldn't believe it either! I'm not using it now, just the regular comb, so she'll have lots for the three days before the contest.....
I didn't get too much from Onyx; she wouldn't stand still to be combed! Kept weaving thru my legs wanting tea..:-D

Starting on Monday 20th we will each comb one cat for 5 minutes a day, for three days. At the end of the last day (Weds 22nd) we will all post our photos of our "balls" next to a ruler. Balls are to be loose hair and not compacted.
