I totaly agree with you Elaine, honestly mate, I do not work within rescue or have contact with such other than Smudgley, Alex and your updates from Dawn. But I have to say anyone anyone at all who has a cat/kitten and does not take the responsibility to get the cat spayed/neutured is part of the problem not the solution.

Only yesterday Smudgley listed cats in rescue lovely cats and NO HOMES. Her foster pens are full to bursting, as are every CPL foster homes during kitten times, Alex has kitten kept in her childrens playhouse so desperate is the need for homes. So to add more to the population is sad, and not uderstandable tome at all. Especially as the CPL will let you have free vouchers - and their are clinics set up oaidwith reduced price spaying/neuturing.
