NO smoking tabs

Right ladies I got delivery of my tablets yesterday. Took the first one and went on about my day.
By evening I realised that I had only smoked half my normal amount:D.
Day 1 a big sucsess. They advise you to keep smoking for a bit up to day 11 (I think) but we will see. Ive only had 2 this morning and normally would have had about 9.

They seem to take away the urge completely, I have not smoked for 2 weeks!!

They were designed for depression but discovered they curbed the urge to smoke...strange but did not help depression at all apparently.

Yesterday went really well. We went out for the evening, drinking and eating and I only had 2 ciggies.

Today I have had four so far. They dont replace nicotine with nicotine they block out the brain receptor telling you that you need a ciggy. Hey if Moli can do it so can I:-D Only I had to pay for mine:(

Good for you Jac, keep at it! (watch the diet though, I've put on a fair old bit of weight since I stopped at Christmas even though I don't seem to buying crisps, biscuits, sweets etc., seems as though my metabolism has slowed!)
