How big are your cats ears?

I think Denis has larger ears than the usual moggies!:lol:

So I'm wondering if people can measure theirs and tell me what breed they are please.. Will be interresting to see the size of Bliss' Fran and Mildreds' Tom ;)

Tuckers are huge, and obviously Kiara has big meezer ears. I'll do measuring after dinner but here's a couple of pics of my biggest eared babies! :lol:

Tabs is the oppositte and has wee dinky ears, but a rounder shaped face so I guess that makes them appear smaller anyway...

I had to laugh when I saw what this thread was about! :lol: I think I'll have to put Cassie in a straight jacket to measure her ears!! :-D I will try though when she comes in! ;)

I had everyone measuring their cat's tummy not so long ago :-D ........I wonder if it will be tails next!:lol:

Mildred's are roughly 8cm :shock: Bliss is asleep under Em's bed, will measure hers later but would say Mildred's are bigger than Bliss'. In comparison, Clooney my moggie's are roughly 6cm

I think you are right when you say the rounder the face the smaller the ears because orientals have big ears and they have chiseled cheek bones.

Well I managed to measure Cassie's ears, much to her disgust :roll: ......... and she has little dainty ears, measuring 4.5 cms......... :D

We think Clooney's dad was British Shorthair, he does have the British 'smile' :-D

Lily's ears are 6 cm. Her ears aren't as big as most Siamese and definatly not as big as an Oriental!

Right I'm back having just crawled under the kitchen table to measure Tilly's ears:shock: :shock: She was not impressed and couldn't work out what i was doing but the resulting effort shows that her ears are 6ish cm. On the way back to the computer I measured Buister and they were 7cm, and since they are brother and sister their ears are probably the same size. But buster was more open to the idea of being measured:lol: :lol:
They are burmese x moggies.
