I have just lent my cat carrier to a man in the villiage who is also a farmer. He is very concerned about a cat that lives around his house. She has had serveral litters at least 2 to my knowledge and is very hot and as been sick after eating. What a thought was so kind is that he took the time to phone the vet up and has taken her in and will pay for any treatment. He feeds them all and is quiet happy to do it. I just hope she is ok as she has 4wk old babies at the moment. Could she have passed out on too the babies.

Awww see there are some nice people about!!!

As for the babies, if mum is ill then there is a good chance they will be too.

Yes - it's easy to think everyone is horrible but ti's not true. There are a lot more good people than bad.
Hope this family will soon be much better

What a kind farmer! It's hard to say whether the kittens will be ill too, I guess it depends on what is wrong with mum. Please update us when you can...

Just spoke to the Farmer and the Mummy cat is ok. She has a digestive problem and has beign given an AB and something to put on her tounge. The vet also gave him some special food for the kittens and they love it already. He is going to get her spayed 2 weeks after she has finished feeding them. She had 8 kittens altogether and has moved there position at least 5 times. She is nice and warm now and is a room next to the boiler. I told the farmer that i had posted on this sight and he was realy chuffed about all your kind comments as i am too.

i have no idea what's he going to do with the kittens. He has asked the local shop keeper if she wanted 2 but she would have had too wait so she brought some from the paper which where 9wks old the mother is now 5wks pegnant again. Will people never learn.
