Hi I am very exited as the contracts have just been exchanged and I am now offically the owner of my fisrt house and I get the keys on Friday.

Thanks I can't wait to move in. I will probably have tpo wait a few weeks after compltion as it has to be safe and fit for me and the cats. But I can't wait it will be great to be nearer my parents and to not have to go round the M25 and up the M40 everytime I want to see them.
