Molly's Eaten a Plant

I haven't been on here for a while but it always seems I'm posting in here!! Anyway Molly was having a 'photo shoot' and I put a plant next to her but she didn't like it so it went back but I think I might have left one bud & stalk on the towel and I went in and she was trying to eat the stalk. I can't remember if it had a flower defiantly so can anyone tell me if a Coronation plant is poisonous to cats please? :?

Hi there is a thread on here about harmful plants for cats and kittens i cant seem to copy you for it. I cant say wether it is cant find it there so if you have got any concerns please phone your vet up and ask there advice.

Just phoned the rspca up and even they didnt know. They said ask you own vet for a list of toxic plants they havent got a list of them.

Well they were a lot of help weren't they Jane:? ? Have you got an out of hours no? I would phone and ask. It wouldn't do any harm and I'm sure they wouldn't mind. Nothing wrong with concern for our loved one's. Please let us know how you get on, and how Molly is of course. Fingers crossed here she's ok.

I can't say I've heard of a Coronation Plant :? but there is a variety of Yarrow called Coronation Gold ........does it look at all like the plant in this link?:?

Oli has chewed on my carnation plant a few times and has never been affected by it. So if this is the plant that Molly has chewed she should be ok!
