I am pleased, delighted, happy and just downright over the moon:lol: , to be able to tell you all that Miss Teddie Bear is no longer on special food!!!!:D :D :D

Over the last 2 weeks I have been mixing a small amount of HiLife into her food and for the last 2 days she has only had that, and NO side effects woo hoo:-D :-D :-D . I have been doing happy dances (carefully of course:lol: ) every time she has gone to the litter tray and did a normal poo. I didn't say anything before, just in case!! But I couldn't keep it to myself any longer:D

Woohoo!!!!......I'm so pleased for you and Teddie, Alex :D This is the day we have waited and hoped for, for so long! Your patience and determination has paid off with her at long last, do you still have to take her to the vet for checks?

The vet has said that he'll see her again when she goes in to be speyed, which will hopefully be very soon. Broxis little problem has delayed that slightly lol! And hopefully after that she should only have to be seen if any problems crop up!!

I dimly remember someone saying (in all the pages of this saga!) that they can sometimes outgrow it! Looks as if that was right! Super news!

Thats great Alex. If you remember I said Blue was about a year before his tum was sorted. To me it sounds similar. Congratulations.

That may well have been me you're thinking of DM. I did relate the story of my Beryl shortly after joining this site - she had very similar problems which stumped several vets over almost her first year of life. Slowly, slowly she got better and lived a healthy and happy life to the age of 17.

So pleased to hear the good news about Teddie! :-D

Is she putting on a little weight now that she's eating a greater variety and presumably stuff she likes better?

alexgirl73

She's a two ton tessie Eileen lol! Grown a little bit, but still a lot smaller than she should be but I don't think much will change that now, but she has put on a nice bit of weight!
