Bad Felix

Opened 2 pouches of Felix Chicken in jelly for the boys' breakfasts. One of the pouches was a little 'crumpled' looking but the same weight etc as usual. Tipped it out ..... :cat36 .... blue and furry! :shock:
So, I've washed the pouch and will return it with my letter of complaint.
Just wondered what response/recompense you think I will get? I though 2 x 12 pouch boxes would be reasonable.

I think you should get something. what if someone had given it to there cats at least they will have been alerted.

Years ago you would have got a case of Felix, nowadays you are liucky if you get vouchers...

This happened to us when ours were fed Felix. One of the pouches was "blown", all swollen. The stuff inside smelt revolting, we just threw it away, never thought of complaining! With hindsight of course, we should have done!

What would have happened if it had been someone with bad eyesight and didn't notice? Poor cat!!!
