Boy I think - quite a distance between anus and anything else which looks like an orifice. But I can see the confusion, as there could be a feminine cleft in the genital area too.
Maybe it will take a while until it sorts itself out. Maybe Tiny is an intersex?

god this just reminds me of a cat we had in to neuter once :roll: the cat charity we work with bought it in and said they weren't sure of the sex. Well me and 3 other nurses all had a look and we just couldn't for the life of us figure out what it was :lol: brilliant nurses we are! Turns out it was a girl in the end
