I short time ago I was trying to find a home for this aggressive cat as it had attacked the postman and the housing acos had told her to get rid. Well, we couldnt find a good home for this pretty girl and she is secretly living with Sarah, her owner.
Finally got to meet this girl today and did a spot of clicker training with her, which she responded to very well.
Sarah couldnt beleive her eyes. Harley never hissed or spat at me, she did got for a few playful attacks but I took no nonsense from her and firmly told her NO and ignored her for a few minutes. I didnt get to cuddle her or stroke her as I felt she wasnt all together sure of me, so I didnt push it. She's a gorgous grey and white cat who has so much playing energy. I think Sarah just really needs to be firmer with her and allow her her own way ALL the time.
Have shown Sarah how to use the clicker properly and how to toughen up when Harley starts biting and attacking.

Both Sarah and Harley have a long way to go. Sarah is going to get a box to cover the letterbox so Harley cannt attack the postie anymore.
I have asked her to keep in touch and let me know of any problems and progress. Just showed her some basics to be getting on with but it should make a difference, I hope anyway.

Got a message from Sarah, she has been practicing with the clicker and Harley seems to be enjoying it.
