Well as you all know Jennie had her kittens on Tuesday, and with her and Vitaani being caught on the same day, they obviously will have been due at the same time.

On the vets check she did say a week, which was exactly Tuesday so Jennie was right on time! And a bit off topic but the babies at just 3 days old look so much bigger already!

Anyway how overdue is she likely to go? She is obviously due any day now and is fit to burst at the seams! She is huge!

But she's showing no signs like Jennie did of nest making, or even slowing down her day to day activities. The only change is she is very very moody towards the other cats (and scared of the babies!).

Well it's only been 3 days so far and the vet said to give her a ring after a week if still no progress (obviously I rang to let her know Jen's babies were here and all was well).

I guess there's my answer really but just I worry about anything.

It is difficult when you don't know the exact date of mating. Generally kittens are born on the 65day but can come slightly early or late anything up to a week is definitely ok. After this I would get her checked by your vet and see what they say. If she isn't in distress I wouldn't worry. Jennie could have been a couple of days early and therefore Vitanni could be still on time. I am sure everything will happen soon.

I never thought i'd say this, but i'd rather be up with her all night right now, than carry on the charade for much longer, i'm on edge now with every mew she gives!  She makes weird noises anyway and i'm jumping up and running to her aid to find she's just larking about!

She knows it too the little minky, i'd swear she was doing it purposely and laughing at me!
