Jennie hasn't been out of her bed all day (she's took a fancy to an enclosed cat carrier.

She's poked her head out to have some food and a drink, and been to the litter tray which i've moved close to her.

I took the lid off to check her over and she just got out and moved into another enclosed one.

Could she be in labour? She is showing no other outward signs. :?

It could be getting close, Random. Keep a close eye on her. Have you seen any small contractions?

No nothing, but she didn't like me touching her or trying to look for anything, she just wants to be left alone. She's curled right up at the back of the box, but am keeping a close eye on her. She's not long had her dinner and everything fine, but just popped her head out to eat and went back in the box.

Let her pick her quiet spot. If you hover too much she may decide to hide for real and the box seems a better place for kittens than behind a wardrobe... :-)

She is is her box under the staircase in the hallway. I'm in the living room at the moment, but it's true this is her best spot so far as she's been checking out behind the TV cabinet for the last couple of days!

Yes, that would really get in the way of telly-watching. :-) Sounds like she's well on her way to becoming a good mum.

She's just came into the living room and sat on the sofa sleeping.

Sorry guys!

Still no kittens yet!

She had a nap in the living room last night and then she got up for her supper and went to her box. She has been in there all night and all day today so far, just coming out for something to eat and drink, and to use the tray.

She's enjoying being fussed and stroked in her box today, but doesn't want to come out if she doesn't have to, so something tells me the babies are not far off now as she sure seems to know something we don't!

Maybe we will have easter babies. :-D

Vitaani is still showing no signs at all, so I have a feeling Jennie will be first.

Nothing today as of yet, but so far this morning have found her behind the TV cabinet again, behind the bookshelf (I have no idea how she even got behind there!) and under the stairs in all the shoes!

Put her in her basket and I think she's accepted defeat as she's staying there now.

Tarny has been on the windowsill sun worshiping all morning, and the only change in her is that she has became INCREDIBLY affectionate towards humans, but will not tolerate the other cats near her at all, full on hissing and spitting when they are coming near her!

Both are producing a little milk as i've noticed it dried up on their nipples.

TAKE YOUR TIME GIRLS!
