her claws on the door jamb! She does this regularly and I've been trying to get a pic of it ever since I got the camera in December, but it was never around or she stopped by the time I'd focussed...finally got it! She is a tall cat!

Coming from someone with so many beautiful cats, I take that as a real compliment, Fran! Thank you! She's a shy one-person cat, unfortunately......

Well, she is indeed lucky to have found you and you her  She is a very pretty girl and I do so like the tortie/tabby temperament. If I was to have one cat only, it would be a tortie or a tabby so a mix of both would be the ultimate!!

Odd with them not being really common that I've lived with two...:D

Bliss must be the exception to that then

Definition of cat-lover: Dashes for the camera, not the waterpistol, when her cat scratches the doorpost...
She's lovely, as always. I'm so glad you got the photo to show us her (morning) exercises!

She is totaly gorgeous.

Eileen now I would not even let Cleo "use the door like that" so she must be slightly spoilt. :) she is tall though isn't she either that or you live in a dolls house. ;)

Nope, standard size house, and she is a tall cat! Fran, yes, Kazz has first refusal rights should Leia need another home...discussed a long way back! I suppose I really shouldn't let her scratch the door jamb, but when it gets to the point it looks messy, I'll just use a little wood putty and a coat of paint...no problem!

I am very, very flattered; but remember, she's shy, she's a picky eater, and she scratches doorjambs! Other than that, she's a very sweet-natured loving cat, although she does hog the middle of the bed when you get up at night.... :-D

Oh and Eileen the word refusal is not in my vocabulary where Leia is concerned.
