Foster Mummy Cat Urgently Required

I have one surviving kitten of a litter of 5 ragdolls. Mum has no milk and i have been hand rearing these kittens.
One by one they have faded away but this little one seems intent on hanging on bless her (i think its a she). She is taking 5 mls of Simicat every 2-3 hours but i think she would just benefit more from having a foster mummy and getting some proper cats milk.
I am in Leeds so would need someone very close to me to get the kitten there asap.
Any information or pointers in the right direction would be very grateful.
