Cara is having her babies...

What a day. Been busy at work. Crazy things are happening at work at the mo, but I won't bore you with that. Got home had to race straight off to the vets to get Scruffy vaccinated. Got back - cleaned the pens. Then the new cat arrived, then the overnight cat came who is lodging overnight as I'm dropping him off at a specialist vets tomorrow. Then I checked my cat phone messages, loads of messages, then had a call from work, dealth with that, then went to check the cats & heard a teeny weeny little meow & went to see Cara to find 2 babies. A tortie & a black & white. (I think it's black & white, the light is rubbish down there)
John asked if I wanted to bring her up to the house & set up a kitten pen, but I said I'd rather leave her as she's settled.

Hope the birthing went ok.
Do you have any ideas as to how i could go about trying to find a foster mummy cat to try and accept my surviving kitten? She is managing to take 5mls of simicat every two hours but if i could just get her with a cat and have some proper milk she might just make it.

Will try frantically this end but any help is gratefully accepted
