I know lilies are Dangerous too Cat...So a quick question OH Brought me some Flowers Today that had some Lilies in they are on Kitchen Table (Cat never ever goes up there) is there anything in the flowers that will attract him to them???

Amie, all parts of the lily can be very dangerous to cats so I would keep them well out of reach of your cat.

He never goes up on the table but I was wondering if the fact the flowers are on there would encourage him.

I think I will remove them and put them up Higher anyway and now a friend has come around with a whole bunch of them:shock:

I would keep them WELL out of the way. I've stopped putting any flowers on the tables as, although the cats don't usually jump up they seem to be attracted to the flowers and will usually attempt a nibble :shock: .

And you might want to cut off the stamens (pollen-bearing parts) as they can stain anything the pollen drops on. Some florists do this before delivery. Enjoy your lovely flowers!
