we have had arnold for since thursday and sumhow has managed to get out of the smallest gap in the window, how long does it take for cats to get their bearings??

If you've been using a litter tray for Arnold (you must have been mustn't you?) you could put some of the used litter around outside, so the scent will help him home.
He could well be fine, lots of cats have a good sense of location. Does he know his name? Or to come to the rattle of fork on plate or a cat-bix box shaken?
Good luck

he knows our voice rather than his name i think he would answer to anything though my bf not so sure lol and yes he comes to rattleing of food i have been tryin this every 5min for the last 30 min and dean has been out looking we have asked a few ppl and there are a few cat flaps around the problem is most ppl are at work so will have to wait a little while till they come home

Fingers crossed for his safe return, I agree with putting the cat litter outside so he can scent his way home.
