:? well, weighed myself and have lost one whole pound this week:p . I'm trying to be philosophical about it and say, well if I lose one pound a week over the next few months, I'll be at my target for the summer. But it's so annoying when you're resisting all those lovely foods and you lose a measly 1lb, oh well, there's always next week, lol!:lol:

That's 1lb more than me. :oops: My diet didn't last long & I was being so good at first. Must get into it again though.:roll:

I just think it's so hard at this time of year. It's cold and gloomy outside, so you want to eat. The only problem is, by the time it gets to summer and you decide to diet properly, you've already blown your chances of fitting into that bikini, lol (not that I've worn a bikini since I was about 5)

That's better than me Alex!!! My "diet" has been going so slowly and when I weighed myself at the gym last night I had put on :(
I think I just needed a wee though!!!! lol :)
(that's what I'm telling myself anyway!!)

Well done:smt026 ... I joined weight watchers at the beginning of Jan and have lost over 10lbs already but they say as long as you take it off its a step closer to your Goal....

the last 2 weeks I only lost 1/2lb each week but its that little bit closer to my goal....

so dont dispair:( keep going a healthy weight loss is 1 - 2lbs per week
