The Dark Avenger (as he's known affectionatley in our house, lol) is booked in for the chop on monday;) . He has been really yowley the last few weeks and wont leave poor Teddie alone:? , but I can't have her done yet as she's just not strong enough poor baby! So the voucher is through from the CPL and the deed will be done.

Can't believe he has grown up so soon...he will be a happier boy once he is done, and no doubt so will Teddie...

He'll be home and well next week and free of those urges...a much more relaxed puss! A little extra TLC, no doubt ...:-D

It's scary how quickly he has grown. He's even bigger than Broxi now:shock: . Raechel is going to be a bundle of nerves on monday as he's 'her baby' lol!! though I can't say I'll be much better:lol: , I think once he's done and calmed down a bit he'll be the most affectionate cat out there. Even my MIL was petting him, and she hates cats, but she thought there was just something lovely about him!

Good thing - remember he's still 'loaded and dangerous' for a little while after the op.

That's a thing I meant to ask. How long will he need to be watched afterwards with Teddie?

Don't know - you need an expert.
Smudgley maybe? Or a website? Or just ask the vet!

Well he's home!! Picked him up half an hour ago and he seems fine. He's actually as high as a kite and running about the house like mad and I've no idea how to get him to try and settle down quietly like they recommended at eh vets. Any ideas?

Forget small meals with Cooper!! I gave him a small amount to eat when he came in, as per instructions, and he wasn't satisfied with that and started trying to get his head inside a whiskas tin waiting beside the sink to be washed for recycling! Then tried to muscle in on Teddies fish, so put out food for him and Broxi. He gulped his down and then moved on to Broxis and finished his. He is going to be an absolutely huge cat, even the vet thought he was older than 6 months, lol! Her words were 'he's a big lad, isn't he'!
Still running about like a nutter, but seems ok anyway!

I'm delighted that Cooper's home . . . he's probably excited to be back amongst familair smells and that's why he's a little bit 'hyper'. Bless him :D
