Hope Dennis and Milly have gone already. And more than that, that Smudgley gets some sleep.

Dear Friends at Catsey,
thankyou for thinking of us, we knew you would be... we tried really hard to show our best side & we were very cuddly towards the lady, Dennis lay in his bed like a big tiger & I purred as loud as I could whilst the lady stroked me.... She said she didn't want us, I don't know why, although she was paying a lot of attention to the kittens that are here, we were like that too, but have just grown a little bit that's all. We are good & clean & young & healthy & we need a home. Smudgley said that another lady may be interseted in us so she will ring her to find out.
After the lady had gone, Smudgley & Smudgleys helper brushed us & played with us, so we are quite tired now.... I think we'll have a nap (yes another one :roll: )

Love from Milly & my best friend Dennis.

PS ~I've been to sleep Kazz, we can go to bed when on duty, just have to do phones overnight & luckily I had no more calls once I'd gone to bed after the adventure.

I suppose sometimes people just don't take to a cat - at least she was honest enough to say so. Can't see myself why the kitten Solo was lovely when I was there but have to say Dennis and Milly caught my heart - nice cats really friendly and that little bit of sense yet - still kittens.

Same for me Kazz I was really taken with these two....still am....if I could persuade my OH to have another two cats I would be very interested.

But the right owner will come along soon...

I've just spoken to the other lady.. who tells me - she really wants kittens.... or older kittens :roll: I did explain that at 18 months, they are kind of older kittens..... she'll have a think about it & let me know :roll: {don't hold your breath}

That's so sad...I teared up a bit reading the little letter; I was so hopeful Dennis and Milly would find a forever home...oh spit from me too!!

Good luck Solo!
(And kittens are only tiny things for a really short time but cats are kittens in their heads for ages. I agree with Kazz. And all cats will play if they get the chance and encouragement. Ah, people - some are so stoopid)
