That poor baby. This type of horrific crime is becoming more commonplace. When will the powers that be realise that tougher animal cruelty laws are needed. I hope the poor wee cat finds a loving home.

Poor poor baby. No animal deserves to be treated like that. I cannt imagine the terror the poor animal must have felt, not to mention the pain.
Makes my blood boil.
Makes my blood boil too Elaine. Absolutely disgusting, what sort of sadistic 'pleasure' do they get from this? It's beyond my comprehension. :?

We have pretty strict laws here in Washington about sales of fireworks to individuals; they're laxer in Maryland and Virginia. I'm all for it; too many injuries caused, etc. Restrict them to displays, whicch are done by professionals...safer and much more spectacular!
