Today I took our little Rosie cat who is 6 for her annual booster. I mentioned to the vet that I have decided not to give Sasha any more boosters. She is approx 9 and rarely goes outside, even then only to the front garden, and I feel she must by now have as much immunity as she needs. I was prepared for him to try and convince me otherwise, but he said that he decided to do the same for his own cat once she reached double figures and totally agreed with me! I was pleasantly surprised. :) I will still get Misty done as although he is 9 he regularly goes out, gets abcesses and to my horror caught a sparrow on Thursday. (He didn't kill it, it hid beside my daughters PC desk and we put it in a box with food overnight and released it the next day! :D )
