Sometimes I think I should not be allowed out without a minder
Took Tess for a great walk round the park/down by the stream etc etc great over an hour and half came home. Then took Sal out similar walk area but took in the lake where there ae always to be found fishermen dotted around the edge. Well today there were two men from the RSPCA the one park warden chap and they were attempting to catch a poor swan (one of a pair) who had got fishing line in his mouth you could see the lead weight :( hanging down but also got it caught round his/her leg so when he/she tried to walk head was down being pulled down and same whn swimming. The RSPCA man asked me to walk to the other side of the lake, with Sal so the swan wouldn't try and come out that way there was me and a fisherman who looked embarassed. We didn't suceed the swan flew off poor thing.

Poor thing - hope they catch up with it. Bloody anglers.

Kazz - you are a liability. Things are always happening to you  You should come with a health warning - Do not stand too close to this woman!

Whats worse is as we strolled round to the other side of the lake the RSPCA man said - "just my luck - I want a barkey dog, and I get the world most laid back Staffie"

I hadn't been to the park in a while, as the girls have been in season.

Mept a lovely JR too called Ziggy but his owner panicked when he ran up to Sal apparently he's been in 4 fights all with Staffies and he's always come off worst. He ran up to Sal who had a sniff and ignored him but his owner whipped him into the air by the scruff of his neck as he explained the situation. hi69s3 (that was Cleo's contribution soz)

And Tess and I met a Standard Black Poodle called Bob (I do like that breed of dog especially the standard and medium sized ones)

Oh Kazz - the old 'separated at birth' thing. I really like big poodles
And when are your girls going to have their op so you're not restricted twice a year?.........

Well planning on having them done earlier this year but with me being in hospital etc I hadn't got the energy let alone to organise myself to wear dry trainners some days; let alone get the girls to the vets but they are going this Nov
