Right - start by scooting all over the place, under stairs, jumping steps, tripping owner.

Get your breathing going at a good pace until you get bored (that'll be ten seconds then...)

After that we do some deep stretching. Cross back paws, elbows in, twist round, one
elbow out, front paw betwen back feet. We call this cat cubed:

Hold for two minutes, or the first passing bird. (It *wasn't* a leaf!)

Last but not least - scrub your back against the concrete making sure you twist the
strain out of your back-bone by folding front legs left and back legs right, then a nice
stretchy flumph for the rest of the day.

All set to cause havoc and yell blue murder all night, and not strain a single muscle.
You *know* it makes sense! :-D

Handsome boy, nice pics & great dialogue! You should make all these Chronicles into a little booklet & give it to your cat-loving friends at the holidays...they's love it!!

That a hint to go on my Christmas-list DM? :-D

Mum made us write holiday reports, and we made a yearly photo-album with photos and stories for Grandad. I can do short and innane at the drop of a hat. :grin: Mum has a gift with funny phrasings. Wish she could still write. : /

DEAL!!! Been meaning to ask, does Rover have his own catnip patch? When the seed ripens I could send you some from my mutant catnip plants!

The catnip is in high bloom right now; with all the bees buzzing around it should be well pollinated! Will PM you when it's ripe. Poor deprived baby...:-D
