Magpies!!! I bet they made short work of that Moli!
They were knocking them out of the feeder, then getting them on the ground, we had 7 altogether in the garden tonight...
Looks like you had lovely sunshine up there as well!
It was sunny, but very windy too...

How interesting; we have that saying here, I grew up with it, but for....CROWS!! Guess the settlers adapted it when they emigrated. We do have magpies here; I've never seen one, they are only in the far western states.

It's strange how things are adapted isn't it? And how strange that magpies are only found in the western states. I wonder where they came from originally (will go and look it up later ;) )
