Good grief, that is a monster!! Probably as tough as an old boot...good idea to picture it by a scallion for scale! Compust heap for it??:-D

nope ;) I cut it up, seemed fine and my other half had it in his salad, he said it was nice :-D

I did think it must be very tough but it cut up ok lol
