OK really stupid question, but I don't know!!!

Lightning is REALLY windy tonight and has taken great pleasure in doing them all right in front of my nose!

Do cats pass wind, is this normal???

Cheers

Olivia

PS Can I say fart on this board???

Oh boy! can cats be windy!!! Many years ago we had a lovely tabby who was very attached to my mother whenever she came to stay, and liked to sleep under her bed (just under the pillow area). Poor Mum, having a quiet read just before dropping off would be suddenly aware of the cat's pongy presence and have to spray the air freshener around before being able to get to sleep!

Mr darcy farts sometimes, and he STINKS

of course my kids do it and blame the cats!!!

Alisha does too sometimes, cant say I have noticed any of the others doing it, unless theyre non-smelly!

Cat farts have the advantage over dogs' that at least they die down quickly - gas you and go. Dog smells can fill a room and keep it full for minutes on end.

Nothing is as bad as Holly my Bullmastiff. She can empty the house not just the room.

I have never had this problem with any of my cats either! :? However, Caleb, our dog, makes some dreadful smells - it's really embarassing when we have friends in the house.

My old lad Dishrag used to come sit in your lap in the comfiest chair... Cuddle up... Flop around... Get really nice and comfy...

Then he'd fart.

It was impossible to stay in the chair until the smell had died down (and it did not go fast), so you'd get up and bang.

Lost your seat
