India is now spending most of the day outside when it is fine and has decided to become a hunter. I know it's normal instincts and I don't have much bother accepting that, after all my previous cats have all hunted, we used to have a farm and inevitably lots of mice and rats. HOWEVER, the problem with India is that she will bring her little friends in to play with, we are forever catching small rodents and putting them outside but the worry is that we will miss some and in time hear the patter of lots of tiny rodent feet.

I have never had a cat collar on any of the previous cats and am reluctant because of the brambles etc, that India hunts through and she could get caught up in. Soooo - what I want is a 'quick release' collar and one with that warning device that works when the cat jumps. Can anyone tell me its name and where I can get one from. Our local pet shops are pretty hopeless in these matters, it's a bell or nothing from them. Thanks , Logoes

oh gosh I've seen them cant think of thename.

I think it's called a liberator, I know ebay sell them. That would give you a start.
I'll pop off and check if it is called that, unless someone else can help first.

I was thinking of getting one for twix, as he always catches birds despite having two bells on!
