View Full Version : Phoebe has just had me in panic...

Just had to rush Phoebe to the vets. She has brought all her food back today and then a lot of bile. She got me in a right panic as she is 6 weeks pregnant and not very big. I thought she may have lost her babies. The vet checked her over and said everything seems fine but there is only 1 baby. Amazing considering she had 6 kittens 18 months ago but at least there is a baby there.

What a panic I was in.

I am just keeping fingers crossed for her as she is such a brilliant mum. I hope it is just a case of upset hormones. Her mum, Tilly always had morning sickness when she was pregnant. Phoebe's sister who is also expecting, the day after Phoebe, is enormous and hasn't had any morning sickness. Just like us really.

I will take plenty of pics but unfortunately they won't be as good as all the previous litters as my boyfriend took them and he is going away for 7 months.

Yes, Carly 2 deliveries to choose from. They will both have identical pedigrees as they are sisters and have been both mated to my friends male, a Grand Champion no less. Colour wise we could have red, black, red-point or seal-point boys and red, tortoiseshell, red-point and sealtortie-point girls.

That is Jilly one of the mum's to be. Phoebe is the same colour but her markings are different. That's the joy of the tortie-points, no two are the same.

so if i wanna sound as though I know im doing i ask for a tortie point :-)

are u taking Jilly or phoebe to any shows lol

Kay

I don't show Jilly anymore as she has quite a shady coat but she did get 1 CC. Phoebe has never been shown as she hates travelling. I used to show their dad, Tate, and made him up to Champion but he now has scarring on his eye due to an op so Iam unable to show him. I also made Leila up to a Champion but her eye colour has weakened so I don't show her either. Kisses is a Premier (the neuter equivalent of a Champion). At the moment she is out of coat but hopefully I will be able to try and make her up to a Grand Premier in the future.
